Chief of Staff

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to ensure ideas, decisions, and commitments are followed through and tracked
• Prepare materials for board meetings, investor updates, all-hands meetings, and offsites
• Lead vendor negotiations and manage relationships across legal, accounting, and SaaS providers
• Own company-wide operational processes including onboarding, system access, and office logistics
• Partner with product and engineering leads to set and track OKRs and quarterly objectives
• Manage the internal operating cadence, including leadership syncs and cross-functional standups
• Prepare and distribute leadership updates, weekly summaries, and progress-against-OKR reporting
• Support data-related research and competitive analysis for marketing and business development

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, or a startup generalist role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Proficiency in financial administration, including vendor payments and invoice reconciliation
• Analytical and data-literate with comfort using Excel or Google Sheets
• Exceptional written communication skills for drafting correspondence on behalf of the CEO
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and identify gaps proactively in an early-stage environment
• High level of discretion when handling sensitive financial and operational information

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to healthcare, health tech, or other highly regulated industries
