Chief of Staff

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO of BridgeBio and GondolaBio to increase executive leverage
• Facilitate information flow and ensure cross-functional alignment across commercial, clinical, and R&D activities
• Lead and manage key strategic initiatives, including evaluating new technologies and incubating new ventures
• Organize and interpret incoming data to provide strategic analyses for senior leadership and external stakeholders
• Manage the operating rhythm of the Office of the CEO and coordinate key meetings with Board members
• Act as a proxy or delegate for the CEO in various high-level meetings and external representations
• Respond to urgent issues and coordinate cross-functional efforts to maintain organizational momentum

Requirements

• 3 to 6+ years of relevant business development, operations, or strategy experience in the biopharma industry
• Strong familiarity with the drug discovery and development process
• Proven ability to solve complex problems using a structured, analytical approach
• Exceptional written and presentation skills with the ability to distill complexity into concise insights
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
• High degree of emotional intelligence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a top-tier professional services firm (e.g., management consulting or investment banking)
• Advanced degree such as a PhD, MD, MBA with a biopharmaceutical focus, or other life sciences graduate degree
