Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of leverage for the Founder and Managing Partner across internal and external work
• Drive the firm's most important projects and initiatives to high-quality completion
• Serve as a forcing function for decisions and action by surfacing what needs deciding
• Own end-to-end follow-through on tasks and action items
• Represent the CEO with internal and external stakeholders in meetings and communications
• Manage the flow of information and synthesize communications for the firm's executives
• Attend board meetings and stand in for the CEO at key portfolio companies
• Partner with Atomic's executives to maintain leadership alignment
• Act as a trusted liaison across the team, portfolio, and outside partners

Requirements

• Track record of operating at high velocity in roles such as Chief of Staff, operator, founder, consultant, banker, or investor
• Experience as an early or senior contributor at a fast-moving startup or high-growth company
• Exceptional organizational and execution skills
• Scrappy and resourceful mindset with the ability to build structure in unstructured environments
• AI-native approach to work, utilizing modern tools to automate routine tasks
• Exceptional communication skills with clarity and judgment
• High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive, confidential matters
