Chief of Staff and Founder Associate, Growth

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO, CGO, and senior leadership team
• Lead development of long-term strategy and annual strategic plans
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and performance metrics
• Own the business development pipeline for health plans and health systems
• Prepare decks, one-pagers, and data analyses for partnership meetings
• Support execution of sales playbooks for new market entry
• Manage cross-functional strategic projects including market expansion and competitive landscaping
• Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline reporting

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, VC/PE, growth/BD, or a fast-moving startup
• Strong strategic problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
• High ownership, follow-through, and intellectual curiosity
• High EQ and collaborative mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to healthcare BD, payer relationships, or value-based care contracts
• Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
• Proficiency in quantitative analysis and financial modeling
• Existing network in healthcare or behavioral health
