Chief of Staff - AI Technology Strategy

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to identify high-impact AI and automation opportunities and translate them into technical roadmaps.
• Design and deploy AI-driven solutions, agentic workflows, and scalable applications to enhance operational performance.
• Build and maintain production-grade APIs, data pipelines, and integrations across ERP, CRM, and accounting systems.
• Develop executive reporting systems and AI-powered analytics tools to consolidate operational and financial KPIs.
• Create automated meeting intelligence systems to process recordings, generate summaries, and track leadership commitments.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept and architectural design through deployment and infrastructure monitoring.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Proven experience designing and building production-grade applications and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with AI development tools such as Cursor or Windsurf.
• Practical experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic, or comparable AI APIs.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and database architecture.
• Extensive experience with third-party API integrations.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage projects independently from ideation to deployment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with agentic AI frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, or CrewAI.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as ServiceTitan, Salesforce, QuickBooks, or NetSuite.
• Background in business intelligence, analytics, or executive reporting systems.
• Experience building transcription, summarization, or meeting intelligence workflows.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
