Chief of Staff, AI Governance

Responsibilities

• Build the operational backbone of the commercial organization, including communication systems and decision-making processes
• Represent co-founder leadership in over 50% of meetings within the first 90 days, including sales and strategic discussions
• Lead high-impact strategic projects such as identifying channel partners and shaping GTM strategy
• Develop repeatable, scalable systems for sales collateral, pipeline tracking, and hiring processes
• Drive the partner-led sales motion and eventually own the revenue organization
• Scale the commercial organization across standards, auditing, and insurance business lines

Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional experience, including a background as a former Analyst or Associate at McKinsey, Bain, or BCG
• Proven experience working in an early-stage startup (Seed to Series C) post-MBB
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage both Fortune 500 executives and technical founders
• Strong structured problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguity
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco 5 days a week

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience working with C-suite executives at large enterprises
• Experience leading small teams and influencing broad organizational groups
• Genuine curiosity and active engagement with the AI landscape and tools
