Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to define, implement, and monitor company objectives
• Drive execution of high-priority projects to ensure timely delivery
• Manage schedules, plan meetings, and improve communication processes for leadership
• Act as a strategic partner and advisor to the executive team
• Develop reports, presentations, and dashboards to support data-driven strategies
• Identify and solve workflow inefficiencies to improve operational efficiency
• Support investor and stakeholder relations by preparing materials
• Lead internal communications to ensure employees are informed of key updates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Exceptional organizational skills and multi-project management ability
• Proactive problem-solving skills for ambiguous challenges
• Proficiency in working with data to extract insights and recommendations
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record in a fast-paced startup, scale-up, or high-growth environment
• Experience in management consulting or investment banking
• Interest in aviation, robotics, or autonomous vehicles
