About the Company

Adoc Talent Management is supporting the search for a Chief of Staff / General Manager France for an international deeptech company at the forefront of AI-driven innovation. The client is developing a next-generation AI infrastructure platform designed to orchestrate complex R&D ecosystems across enterprises, research institutions, and industrial players.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structuring and deployment of the company's French operations and subsidiary
• Act as the CEO's right hand in Europe, translating vision into execution
• Drive business development through a 'Strategic Diagnostic' approach with C-level stakeholders
• Contribute to funding initiatives and coordinate with public institutions like Bpifrance
• Anchor the company within the French and European deeptech and AI ecosystem
• Build and lead a specialized technical team, including PhD Researchers and Forward Deployed Architects
• Provide structured insights to support CEO decision-making

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD from a leading institution (engineering, business, or related field)
• 8–15 years of experience in strategy consulting, high-growth startups, or hybrid operational roles
• Proven ability to operate in complex, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments
• Strong understanding of the AI and deeptech landscape, particularly in B2B
• Deep knowledge of the French ecosystem, including public institutions and innovation frameworks
• Experience navigating international and cross-cultural dynamics (Europe/US)
• Fluency in English
