Chief of Staff

Responsibilities

• Attend key meetings alongside the CPO and take ownership of follow-ups to ensure execution.
• Own strategic projects end-to-end, such as optimizing R&D recruiting or researching new market entries.
• Build models, dashboards, and analyses to support data-driven decision-making for the CPO.
• Draft high-quality communications, memos, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Identify process gaps across the R&D organization and drive proactive improvements.
• Serve as connective tissue between the CPO and the broader team to ensure seamless context flow.

Requirements

• Degree from a top university with a strong academic record.
• 1-4 years of experience in consulting, private equity, venture capital, or a fast-moving startup.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills with the ability to structure complex datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• AI-native mindset; you heavily utilize AI in your professional or personal life.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work late nights and weekends as needed.
• High level of accountability and a strong bias toward action.
