Responsibilities

• Lead critical strategic business initiatives from concept to successful delivery
• Enable effective executive decision-making by structuring problems and evaluating options
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the Founders and leadership team
• Design and implement improvements to organizational structure and internal processes
• Architect and optimize workflows, formats, and meeting cadences for scalability
• Own core internal systems including project billing, time tracking, and budgeting
• Prepare strategic presentations and narratives for workshops, pitches, and leadership meetings
• Act as a central connection point between staff, senior leaders, and the CEO
• Track progress across key initiatives and synthesize findings into actionable insights

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in consultancies, scale-ups, VCs, or PEs
• Excellent project management skills with proficiency in Google Slides and spreadsheets
• Analytical, structured, and process-oriented approach
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations with minimal input
• Business-level proficiency in both German and English
• Willingness to travel at least once a month within Europe
• Eligibility to work within the EU
