Responsibilities

• Drive the CEO agenda and enforce a clear operating cadence across all functions
• Create transparency on performance metrics including GMV, Net Revenue, and margin
• Translate company strategy into concrete, executable plans and align direct reports
• Work closely with Finance on P&L, balance sheet, and liquidity
• Support investor communication and board preparation
• Apply AI tools to internal workflows to increase speed and leverage
• Lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives such as M&A, market expansion, and funding

Requirements

• 5+ years at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or top-tier investment banking with M&A exposure
• Proven track record of applying AI tools in real operating environments
• Strong financial understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Exceptional structuring and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate under pressure in high-performance environments
• English fluency (C1+); German is advantageous
