Chief of Operations

Responsibilities

• Ensure the physical delivery of trains regarding quality, time, and cost.
• Coordinate Supply Chain, Industrialization, Production, Test & Commissioning activities for the delivery site.
• Develop the Project Industrial Management Plan (IMP) and lead the Construction & Installation Management Plan (CIMP).
• Manage assembly line set-up, including CAPEX and industrial staffing plans.
• Lead Transfer of Technology (ToT) and ensure skillset development plans are implemented.
• Act as the leader of the Change and Configuration Board (CCB) to validate industrial changes.
• Monitor and control sub-systems physical delivery to maintain alignment with global industrial planning.
• Drive problem-solving approaches for technical or operational issues on the delivery site.

Requirements

• Engineering or Master's degree, preferably in manufacturing, mechanical, electrical, or supply chain disciplines.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in industrial operations.
• At least 3 years of experience in project or site management.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong leadership ability to manage cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Proven capacity for analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making in complex environments.
