Chief Marketing Officer

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a national marketing strategy to scale revenue and brand reputation
• Oversee and mentor a marketing team of 15–25+ specialists across digital, social, and creative channels
• Own full-funnel execution including paid media, SEO, PR, TV/radio, and community outreach
• Manage annual marketing budgets of $10M+ and negotiate vendor/media contracts
• Implement KPIs and data dashboards to track CAC, CPL, and ROI
• Align marketing initiatives with firm values and ensure resonance with Hispanic and immigrant audiences
• Collaborate with Executive Leadership to translate marketing metrics into business outcomes

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles (CMO, SVP, or VP)
• Proven experience managing large teams (20+ members) and high-growth service-based companies
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Analytics, and modern marketing stacks (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
• Ability to work on-site in Miami, with travel to NY and TX offices as needed
• Experience in legal, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Experience leading marketing efforts during rapid geographic expansion
• Deep understanding of immigrant, Hispanic, or underserved communities
• Experience working with celebrity endorsements or local influencers
