Chief Marketing Officer

Responsibilities

• Lead national marketing strategy to drive brand expansion and revenue scaling from $100M to $250M+
• Oversee and mentor a multi-disciplinary marketing team of 15–25+ professionals
• Manage annual marketing budgets exceeding $10M with a focus on ROI and cost-effective execution
• Own full-funnel execution across paid media, SEO, social, PR, TV/radio, and community outreach
• Implement performance KPIs and data dashboards to track CAC, CPL, and case acquisition
• Collaborate with Executive Leadership to align marketing metrics with firmwide business outcomes
• Ensure brand resonance and cultural relevance for Hispanic and immigrant audiences

Requirements

• 10+ years of senior marketing leadership experience (CMO, SVP, or VP level)
• Proven track record of managing teams of 20+ and budgets of $10M+
• Experience scaling high-growth service-based companies (ideally $50M to $250M+ range)
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Analytics, and modern marketing automation tools
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
• Ability to work on-site in Miami with travel to New York and Texas as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Experience in legal, healthcare, insurance, or other highly regulated industries
• Background in leading marketing efforts during significant geographic expansion
• Experience working with celebrity endorsements, influencers, or community partnerships
