Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
• Recruit and onboard your team members
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives
• Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across email, social media, and website channels
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
