Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
• Recruit and onboard new team members
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives
• Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across email, social media, and web channels
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy and conduct market research to identify trends

Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience with outstanding performance in the industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Proactive ownership mindset and high sense of urgency
