Responsibilities
- Own all of Findies’ marketing across six teams: paid acquisition, creative marketing, marketing design, product marketing, SMM, and marketing operations
- Build and run an AI-native marketing org using automations and agentic workflows to scale creative production and budgets
- Launch and scale main channels including Meta, Applovin, TikTok, Google, Snap, and Pinterest in positive ROMI
- Raise the bar of the marketing team, set clear goals and KPIs, and hire marketing leadership roles
- Set the marketing vision and translate it into team structure and execution
- Build reporting, testing, and creative-iteration systems to manage marketing for projected profit
Requirements
- 3+ years in marketing leadership in subscription apps with web2app funnel
- Proven track record of owning multi-channel growth at scale
- AI-native operator experience using automations and agentic workflows
- Experience building and managing teams of 10+ people
- Deep fluency in marketing unit economics and managing marketing as a profit engine
- Experience building marketing systems for reporting, testing, and experimentation
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
