Chief Marketing Officer

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the global marketing strategy across multiple brands and regulated markets
• Drive acquisition, activation, retention, VIP engagement, and player lifetime value growth
• Build and optimize scalable CRM, MarTech, analytics, and AI-driven marketing systems
• Lead all paid and owned marketing channels including digital, performance, affiliates, and influencer marketing
• Develop player lifecycle strategies including onboarding, segmentation, and churn prevention
• Build market-entry and launch strategies for new geographies
• Hire, structure, mentor, and scale international marketing teams
• Manage large marketing budgets and report on commercial performance and KPIs to the CEO and board

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles (CMO, VP Marketing, or Head of Growth)
• Strong background within iGaming, Sports Betting, or a highly performance-driven digital industry
• Proven track record of scaling businesses and leading global marketing operations
• Strong commercial and data-driven mindset
• Experience with CRM, player lifecycle management, analytics, and scalable MarTech systems
• Experience managing multi-country teams and multiple international markets
• Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in African or emerging markets
• Experience managing large-scale marketing budgets (€10M+)
• Hebrew, French, or Portuguese language skills
• Experience in AI-driven marketing automation and personalization systems
