Responsibilities
- Craft, articulate, and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with growth objectives
- Own all results from the marketing department, ensuring accountability for effectiveness and efficiency
- Work closely with the C-suite and senior sales leaders on overall GTM strategy, segmentation, and budgeting
- Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams
- Partner with sales operations and engineering to optimize the marketing tech stack
- Develop and control the marketing budget to maximize ROI
- Establish robust analytics frameworks to measure MQLs, pipeline impact, and engagement
- Represent the company at key industry events and conferences
- Attract, inspire, and retain top-tier marketing leaders
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B software experience in a senior leadership position
- Proven track record in demand-gen, content, and event marketing
- Experience building GTM marketing functions from the ground up in hyper-growth environments
- Experience in enterprise or vertical SaaS markets (real estate, healthcare, construction) preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in marketing automation and attribution
- Experience leading complex marketing programs with long sales cycles
- Willingness to work in person at our NYC office 5 days a week
