Responsibilities
- Lead the global marketing, brand, digital, and customer experience agenda
- Drive development and execution of BOLIA’s international marketing strategy
- Ensure strong brand positioning and consistent communication across all markets
- Strengthen digital performance across e-commerce, CRM, media and UX
- Oversee global campaign development, media planning and creative direction
- Enhance data utilisation, insights and performance tracking across marketing
- Support retail and wholesale partners with scalable brand and marketing concepts
- Lead and develop a high-performing international marketing organization
Requirements
- Master’s degree in marketing, branding, communication, or a related field
- Substantial leadership experience from an international consumer, retail, or lifestyle brand
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, digital performance, and multi-channel strategies
- Ability to translate creative ideas into commercial impact
- Experience in a dynamic, international environment
