Chief Marketing Officer

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall advertising and sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and execute outstanding marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing budgets in alignment with organizational goals.
• Undertake market research studies to analyze customer needs and guide marketing direction.
• Use research to identify potential clients and develop strategies to secure business deals.
• Constantly research pricing, marketing communications, product marketing, and public relations.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure a unified approach to customer service.
• Define marketing strategies that promote the company’s overall objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior marketing officer.
• 10+ years of experience working within a fast-growing company.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of implementing successful campaigns.
• Sound knowledge of market research techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the Education sector.
