Chief Land Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Lead land surveying activities for high-rise residential projects in Dubai
• Ensure accurate site measurements, setting out, and survey control across project phases
• Coordinate with project, engineering, and construction teams to support timely execution
• Maintain survey records and verify compliance with project specifications and site requirements

Requirements

• UAE construction experience is preferred
• Experience in high-rise residential or commercial projects is an advantage
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are highly encouraged to apply
• Strong knowledge of land surveying practices in a construction environment
