About the role

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and refine a specialized infantry training programme to progress recruits to mission-ready capability
Establish and enforce tactical and technical training standards, including assessment frameworks and performance evaluation
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of instructors to ensure consistent and high-quality training delivery
Oversee all training delivery to ensure it is safe, realistic, and aligned with operational doctrine
Integrate training across multiple domains, including physical training, marksmanship, and combat support
Develop operational capabilities in fieldcraft, live fire, urban operations, and small-unit tactics
Implement robust safety and risk management procedures for live fire and field training activities
Manage training resources, including ranges, equipment, and scheduling for large-scale delivery
Maintain accurate records and provide regular reporting on performance, risks, and training outcomes

Requirements

Extensive experience in specialized infantry or combat arms roles within a military environment
Proven leadership and team management capability
Strong operational military background
Experience delivering instruction within large-scale training programmes
