Chief Information Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Assess and strengthen identity and access management, including MFA, SSO, RBAC, and privileged-access management.
• Strengthen the security of the Microsoft environment, specifically Microsoft Entra ID.
• Define and maintain a pragmatic, risk-based cybersecurity roadmap and drive its execution.
• Establish proactive vulnerability management, coordinate penetration tests, and manage remediation plans.
• Improve security monitoring capabilities, including SIEM, EDR, logging, and alerting.
• Define and test incident-response procedures and support cybersecurity incident investigations.
• Review disaster-recovery, backup, and business-continuity capabilities to ensure cyber resilience.
• Provide security guidance to IT, Engineering, and Product teams and support client security reviews.

Requirements

• At least five years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity.
• Strong expertise in identity, access, infrastructure, and network security.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft security environments, particularly Microsoft Entra ID.
• Proven experience with vulnerability management, penetration testing, and incident response.
• Ability to define a security roadmap and drive remediation actions to completion.
• Professional fluency in English.
• An autonomous, pragmatic, and action-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with application security or DevSecOps.
• Experience working with business-critical SaaS, financial software, or electronic trading environments.
