Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Global Delivery

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce security standards, blueprints, and best practices for all global customer-facing deployments.
• Establish the delivery security lifecycle, from initial architectural risk assessment to production go-live.
• Act as the primary bridge to Product and Engineering teams to advocate for "security by design" features.
• Serve as a technical advisor to customer CISOs and InfoSec leaders to de-risk complex implementations.
• Lead high-priority client security escalations, including pen-test findings and architecture objections.
• Support strategic pre-sales pursuits, due diligence reviews, and InfoSec questionnaires.
• Create reusable security assets, automated compliance checks, and training programs for delivery teams.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Information Security, specifically within professional services or delivery-focused roles.
• Technical depth in API security, microservices architecture, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Deep knowledge of security frameworks including SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
• Proven experience securing LLM-based applications, including prompt injection mitigation and RAG-based privacy patterns.
• Expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) such as SAML/OIDC, RBAC, and zero-trust architectures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
• Exceptional executive presence with the ability to communicate risk to both C-suite and engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a technical field.
• Professional security certifications such as CISSP or CISM.
• Background at major enterprise vendors (e.g., AWS, Palantir, Salesforce) in security-focused solution architecture.
