Chief Information Officer

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the TNA IT strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with divisional ambition
• Act as a senior IT business partner to the TNA CEO, BU leaders, and sales organization
• Lead the transformation of core business platforms including SAP ECC, S/4HANA migration, CRM, MES, and BI/analytics
• Drive AI adoption across the organization, focusing on transforming BI and analytics into AI-driven insights and forecasting
• Define and govern target application architecture for TNA
• Build and lead the TNA applications organization, focusing on talent development and accountability
• Manage the TNA IT budget, forecasting, and investment trade-offs
• Partner with Shared Services to ensure infrastructure, security, and end-user support meet divisional needs

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in senior IT leadership (CIO, divisional CIO, or VP level)
• Proven track record leading large business application transformations, specifically with SAP (ECC and S/4HANA preferred), CRM, and MES
• Demonstrated experience deploying Enterprise AI and modern analytics at scale
• Background in manufacturing or industrial sectors with experience supporting field sales organizations
• Experience working within a federated IT model, managing divisional IT while utilizing shared services
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• MBA or equivalent degree preferred
