Chief Information Officer

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the enterprise IT, Digital Enablement and Data roadmap
• Partner with business leaders to implement technology solutions including AI and automation
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on technology trends and investment priorities
• Build capabilities in portfolio management, program delivery, and value realization
• Ensure secure, compliant, and reliable operations for global infrastructure, cloud systems, and cybersecurity
• Oversee IT policies and controls including GxP, SOX, and data privacy
• Develop high-performing teams and foster a culture of innovation
• Manage strategic vendors and partners to optimize service delivery

Requirements

• 20+ years as an information technology leader
• Previous experience in regulated life sciences, biotechnology, or commercial pharmaceutical environments
• Experience implementing emerging technologies like AI, automation, and advanced analytics
• Success overseeing cybersecurity, privacy, and risk management in cloud and enterprise ecosystems
• Experience establishing governance frameworks for technology and data
• Strong commercial, operational, and financial acumen including budget management
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional transformation initiatives
