Chief Growth Officer

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine a data-backed growth strategy aligned with long-term organizational goals.
• Drive consistent, predictable, and profitable revenue growth across service lines, markets, and payor segments.
• Maintain full P&L accountability, including revenue, margin, and EBITDA performance.
• Optimize gross margin performance and define bill/pay rate strategies in collaboration with Finance and Operations.
• Identify and scale high-impact growth opportunities with clear ROI thresholds and execution plans.
• Partner with Payor Relations and Contracting to inform reimbursement strategy and rate optimization.
• Lead cross-functional planning to ensure growth initiatives are resourced, sequenced, and operationally feasible.
• Support growth-related M&A efforts, including commercial due diligence and post-acquisition integration.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive professional experience.
• 5+ years in senior growth, commercial, or general management roles with direct P&L accountability.
• Proven experience leading growth initiatives in complex, regulated, or payor-influenced environments.
• Deep knowledge of state-specific programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable growth and risk management strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, payor, or other highly regulated, reimbursement-driven environments.
• Experience in market access, pricing strategy, reimbursement, or payor engagement.
• Background in home care, home health, post-acute care, or community-based services.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA or MHA.
