Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals in hospitality and real estate development
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Provide leadership and direction to finance, accounting, and treasury teams
• Manage capital structure, funding, and investor relations
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement and cost optimization
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance
• Lead risk management and mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with other executives to drive business development and strategic initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are highly desirable
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in financial management within hospitality or F&B (specifically Restaurants & Cafes)
• Proven track record in managing large-scale financial operations, investor relations, and capital raising
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
• Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and interpersonal skills
