About the Company

TapOk is an international group of companies operating in European and Latin American markets. We develop and scale our own products and projects in the fields of e-commerce with internal logistics, affiliate marketing, and performance marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's financial strategy
• Manage FP&A, including budgeting, plan/actual analysis, and variance analysis
• Ensure stable management reporting processes and data transparency
• Update international accounting and external reporting processes
• Modernize treasury functions, including cash flow, payment discipline, and working capital management
• Handle tax planning and compliance across international jurisdictions
• Manage risks and financial controls, including internal policies and loss prevention
• Transform the financial function through process reorganization and ERP implementation
• Optimize the group's financial-legal structure and cross-border operations

Requirements

• 8+ years in finance with 3+ years in a leadership role (CFO/Finance Director)
• Experience with international multi-entity structures (EU is a must, plus LATAM, Asia, or USA)
• Proven track record of building or relaunching financial functions (accounting, treasury, budgeting)
• Experience in financial process automation (ERP/BI)
• Experience working with payment systems and cryptocurrencies
• Proficiency in IFRS / GAAP
• Knowledge of international taxation and compliance
• Strong analytical skills and financial modeling capabilities
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with BI tools like Tableau
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems (1C, Zoho)
• Experience with RPA/AI for process automation
