Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with business objectives
• Provide executive-level insights to support growth, profitability, and scalability
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
• Deliver timely financial reporting, dashboards, and KPI analysis
• Oversee accounting operations and ensure GAAP compliance
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity strategy
• Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks
• Partner with department leaders to improve margins and cost management
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
• Prior experience in a senior financial leadership role (CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent)
• Strong expertise in FP&A, accounting, corporate finance, and strategy
• Experience in high-growth, product-based, or e-commerce businesses preferred
• Strong understanding of financial systems, controls, and reporting structures

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA, MBA, or equivalent advanced credential
