Responsibilities

• Lead all Finance and Accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting
• Partner closely with the CEO to set company strategy and ensure alignment across the executive team
• Build scalable financial systems, processes, and controls to support global, multi-channel growth
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and capital allocation
• Develop financial metrics and dashboards for performance management
• Lead investor relations and Board communication
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to evaluate new opportunities, partnerships, and global expansion
• Champion a culture of collaboration, transparency, and high performance

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Finance within consumer goods, retail, or adjacent industries
• Proven track record as a CFO in a fast-scaling, global, multi-channel business
• Deep expertise in financial planning, forecasting, capital allocation, and performance management
• Experience in investor relations and Board communication
• Excellent communication, influence, and leadership skills
• High integrity and a collaborative leadership style

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA and/or CPA
• Business development or M&A experience, including deal evaluation and integration planning
