Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the FP&A, Strategic Finance, and Accounting teams to deliver business insight and rigorous financial analysis
• Build and sustain a culture of financial discipline that supports both high growth and profitability
• Foster a culture of intelligent, calculated risk-taking across the organization
• Partner with other departments and functions to support their success
• Serve as a champion for Orchard in the market, helping shape workplace culture in line with Orchard's values
• Lead the company's path toward profitable, sustainable growth

• 10+ years of success in financial leadership roles
• Systems thinking and ability to lead teams through personal leadership and process discipline
• Investor's mindset with ability to manage big-picture strategy and granular detail
• Entrepreneurial approach suitable for fast-moving environments
• Strong customer focus, empathy, and intellectual curiosity
• Strong communication skills and reputation as a passionate leader
