Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the finance and accounting team, driving accountability and professional development
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and COO on market expansion, pricing, and infrastructure investments
• Own the annual budgeting process, long-range financial planning, and rolling forecasts
• Manage cash flow, treasury, working capital, and liquidity
• Design and own the capital structure strategy, including debt, equity, and leases
• Manage relationships with banking partners, lenders, and capital providers
• Evaluate and lead M&A, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance
• Oversee pricing models, margin analysis, and business unit profitability
• Manage the company's financial risk profile and insurance programs

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership
• 3–5 years as CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent in a growth-stage or mid-market company
• Demonstrated ownership of enterprise-level capital strategy and banking relationships
• Experience leading high-performing finance teams
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in manufacturing, distribution, construction, or critical infrastructure
• Experience in leveraged, PE-backed, or bank-dependent growth environments
• CPA or MBA
• EOS/Traction experience (Scorecards, Measurables, Rocks, L10 meetings)
