Responsibilities

• Own a roster of up to 30 small business clients
• Conduct approximately 60 hours per month of client-facing meetings
• Perform financial analysis, file preparation, and collaboration with internal advisor teams
• Connect financial data to client motivations to drive actionable results
• Advise business owners on financial reality and growth investments
• Identify balance sheet trends, P&L deficiencies, and compliance risks

Requirements

• Strong background in financial or accounting roles
• Business degree, preferably in accounting or finance
• Hands-on FP&A experience including budgeting and forecasting
• Experience advising small business owners on cash flow and financial management
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts in plain English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Must reside in AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, MD, MI, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TX, VA, or WA

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with small business financial management
• High emotional intelligence and consultative relationship building skills

• Base salary of $110,000 with performance incentives targeting $182,000
