We're building AI-powered infrastructure to transform preventative healthcare through a three-sided marketplace connecting providers, patients, and payers.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance and scale by owning the financial model with deep fluency in unit economics and margin levers
• Strengthen the financial foundation by tightening GAAP rigor, controls, and reporting cadence
• Partner with functional leaders to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations on spend and capital allocation
• Shape capital strategy and act as a strategic advisor on financing options and board communication
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team that scales with the business

Requirements

• 10+ years in finance with increasing scope and impact
• Experience navigating hypergrowth, major raises, or rapid professionalization
• Deep fluency in unit economics and building reporting/planning architectures
• Proven board and investor exposure
• Strong fundamentals in accounting, reporting, and planning
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complexity into clarity

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare industry experience
• Experience in fast-scaling consumer marketplaces, services-heavy platforms, or enterprise software with complex CAC/LTV dynamics
