Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic Business Partner to the CEO and C-level executives to define and orchestrate financial strategy.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of 7 across Finance, Legal, CSR, and potentially IT.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, rolling forecasts, KPIs, and cash flow/WCR optimization.
• Drive industrial controlling by managing cost accounting, margins, and production variances.
• Lead digital transformation of management tools, including ERP (IFS) and Business Intelligence.
• Orchestrate fundraising (Equity/Debt) and manage investor and shareholder relations.
• Drive external growth through M&A, joint ventures, and international expansion, including due diligence and integration.
• Integrate ESG and CSR strategies into financial performance and compliance.
• Supervise legal governance and manage financial, legal, and tax risks.

Requirements

• 10 to 15 years of experience in financial or strategic management.
• Experience in a high-growth industrial environment (Scale-up, ETI) or a background in Strategy Consulting/M&A/Private Equity.
• Proven experience in management control (controlling) and working under fund ownership (VC, PE) or LBO/IPO contexts.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse, technical, and analytical teams.
• High proficiency with digital financial tools (ERP, EPM).
• Fluent English is indispensable for international expansion.
