Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term growth and vision.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles to support strategic objectives.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, ESR, IFRS, and KSA ZATCA regulations.
• Strengthen internal financial controls, governance frameworks, and risk management systems.
• Oversee company and client financial operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and tax filings.
• Provide strategic financial insights, variance reporting, and profitability assessments to the Managing Director.
• Manage the financial aspects of projects to ensure alignment with budgets and profitability goals.
• Drive capital structure, liquidity, and cash flow management improvements.
• Oversee the company's IT function, including technology roadmaps, cybersecurity, and data protection.
• Lead fundraising and capital strategy, including managing relationships with lenders and potential funding sources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Mandatory professional certification (CPA, CA, ACCA, or CFA).
• Minimum 15+ years of progressive financial management experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership or CFO role, preferably within corporate or professional services.
• Proven expertise in financial strategy development, enterprise risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, tax regulations, and project-based financial management.
• Experience implementing and optimizing ERP or financial software systems.
