Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage the Finance & Procurement Division and oversee the agency’s budget and financial functions
• Lead agency budget planning efforts for personal and other than personal services
• Manage the administration of the agency’s operating budget, including revenue forecasts, collections, and expenditure review
• Ensure agency Capital Commitment Plan goals are met or exceeded
• Direct the preparation and implementation of capital and expense budgetary adjustments
• Oversee vendor payments and agency accounts payable
• Act as Chief Savings Officer to identify inefficiencies, eliminate waste, and implement sustainable cost-saving measures
• Direct and supervise staff and monitor the efficiency of divisional service delivery methods
• Analyze administrative and IT systems to ensure operational efficiency

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college
• Four years of relevant experience
• At least 18 months of experience in an administrative, managerial, consultative, or executive capacity
• Experience supervising personnel performing activities related to the duties of the position
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States
