About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the Finance & Procurement Division and oversee the agency’s budget and financial functions
- Lead agency budget planning efforts for personal and other than personal services
- Manage the administration of the agency’s operating budget, including revenue forecasts, collections, and expenditure review
- Ensure agency Capital Commitment Plan goals are met or exceeded
- Direct the preparation and implementation of capital and expense budgetary adjustments
- Oversee vendor payments and agency accounts payable
- Act as Chief Savings Officer to identify inefficiencies, eliminate waste, and implement sustainable cost-saving measures
- Direct and supervise staff and monitor the efficiency of divisional service delivery methods
- Analyze administrative and IT systems to ensure operational efficiency
Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college
- Four years of relevant experience
- At least 18 months of experience in an administrative, managerial, consultative, or executive capacity
- Experience supervising personnel performing activities related to the duties of the position
- Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States
