Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Business Unit Moulded Glass

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the financial management and strategic development of the Moulded Glass Business Unit
• Act as a strategic partner to the Business Unit CEO to drive sustainable value creation and transformation
• Lead all M&A activities, including acquisitions, divestments, and carve-outs, from valuation through integration
• Manage financial performance, KPI systems, and implement measures for margin optimization and efficiency
• Oversee integrated financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and mid-term planning
• Manage liquidity, cash flow, and capital structure while maintaining relationships with banks and investors
• Ensure compliance, governance, and the effectiveness of internal control systems
• Lead and transform the finance organization and manage stakeholders at the top management level

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable qualification
• 10+ years of professional experience in senior finance leadership roles, ideally in an international environment
• Proven experience leading complex, internationally oriented organizational units
• Strong strategic competence with experience developing and implementing business strategies
• High level of analytical ability and decision-making strength under uncertainty
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in an intercultural context
• Fluency in both German and English
• High willingness to travel
