Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including reporting, compliance, and internal controls
• Drive financial planning, analysis (FP&A), and budgeting processes to support strategic growth
• Manage treasury, cash flow optimization, and working capital
• Direct the preparation of all financial statements, tax returns, and management reports in compliance with IFRS
• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, including succession planning and talent development
• Partner with the President and Executive Leadership Team to provide commercial insights and strategic oversight
• Support the deployment and optimization of ERP systems and other core finance tools

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive senior financial leadership experience
• Proven experience as a Corporate Controller or Finance Director
• Deep knowledge of IFRS and international financial/tax accounting standards
• Proficiency in Power BI, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated ability to manage both high-level strategy and hands-on execution
• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
