Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to the Board and Promoters, providing data-backed insights for long-term vision
• Drive enterprise-wide financial strategy aligned with growth, capital efficiency, and profitability
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, long-term financial planning, and transparent reporting
• Lead end-to-end IPO preparedness and manage relationships with bankers, auditors, and regulators
• Implement listed-entity compliance standards including SEBI and LODR requirements
• Oversee bullion and metal financing structures including Gold Metal Loan (GML) facilities
• Implement hedging strategies to mitigate gold price and market volatility
• Strengthen internal controls, governance, and ethical financial management
• Build and mentor a high-performing, future-ready finance leadership team

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 15+ years of overall experience in finance and accounts
• 5–8 years in a senior leadership role within a listed entity
• Proven experience in IPO execution or post-listing compliance
• Board-level advisory and executive decision-making exposure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Gems & Jewellery or Luxury Retail industry
