Chief Executive Officer (Solar Cell Manufacturing)

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a scalable roadmap for market leadership in solar cell manufacturing.
• Oversee the complete setup, commissioning, and execution of the 3.08 GW TopCon facility.
• Drive operational excellence, focusing on OEE, yield, energy efficiency, and cost-per-watt.
• Maintain full P&L ownership, capital allocation, and transparent investor communication.
• Lead NPI initiatives, technology upgrades, and global OEM/R&D partnerships.
• Build and mentor high-performing leadership teams across production, R&D, SCM, and finance.
• Establish robust governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
• Expand market presence domestically and internationally through strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience in high-tech, process-driven industries.
• Minimum 5+ years in solar cell manufacturing, semiconductors, or advanced materials.
• Proven track record in executing greenfield projects worth ₹1,000 Cr or more.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Technology.
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM practices.
• Hands-on exposure to MES, inline metrology, and advanced automation systems.
• Strong financial acumen and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree.
• Deep technical understanding of advanced solar technologies, specifically TopCon.
