Jewish Big Brothers Big Sisters of Los Angeles (JBBBSLA) is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to helping youth achieve their full potential through mentorship, camp experiences, and educational support. Rooted in Jewish values of community, responsibility, and service, the organization has reached over 40,000 children throughout its history.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of JBBBSLA’s strategic plan
• Drive measurable growth in mentoring matches, youth served, and camp revenue
• Oversee day-to-day organizational operations, finance, and administration
• Implement data-driven management systems and AI reporting tools
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with donors, foundations, and community leaders
• Partner with the Board of Directors on governance and long-term planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of ten years of progressive leadership experience
• Proven track record in nonprofit or mission-driven organizational management
• Strong financial and operational management skills
• Demonstrated success in fundraising and donor engagement
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in nonprofit management, MBA, or related field
• Familiarity with the Los Angeles nonprofit landscape or the Jewish community
