Our core expertise includes real estate management, hotel management, construction supervision, supply chain solutions, trade, and eco-friendly initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Execute the strategic vision and plan set by the General Manager and Board of Directors
• Oversee all daily operations and the company's operational performance
• Lead, develop, and motivate the senior leadership team
• Build and strengthen relationships with the Board, government entities, partners, and regulatory bodies
• Identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships to drive sustainable growth
• Ensure high standards of governance, legal compliance, and sound financial management
• Foster a corporate culture based on high performance, excellence, and accountability
• Provide periodic reports and executive recommendations to the General Manager

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of experience
• Proven track record in business expansion and achieving strong financial and operational results
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making skills
• Extensive experience managing complex environments with multiple stakeholders
• Strong engineering background
• Ability to work under the direct guidance of the General Manager

Preferred Qualifications

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a related advanced degree
