Chief Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth running of the property maintenance department
• Proactively improve guest satisfaction and comfort
• Develop and implement property maintenance initiatives and hotel targets
• Lead and manage the maintenance team, fostering growth and performance
• Prepare and manage the departmental budget, controlling costs and inventory
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders
• Establish and deliver an effective planned preventative maintenance programme
• Ensure adherence and compliance to all legislation and due diligence requirements

• Strong problem-solving capabilities
