Chief Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead technical planning and execution for Counter Uncrewed Systems (CuXS) integration and engineering support
• Direct the development, review, and delivery of key engineering documentation, including technical analyses and reports
• Oversee engineering change development to support system improvements and deficiency corrections
• Coordinate engineering investigations, failure mode identification, and corrective action recommendations for fielded systems
• Advise program leadership on technical risk, engineering tradeoffs, and execution priorities
• Ensure technical outputs are compatible with Government IT environments and classification requirements

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required
• Active Secret clearance with eligibility for Top Secret
• Master's degree in Engineering or a STEM discipline and 8+ years of experience, OR a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a STEM discipline and 12+ years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting system integration under an oLSI or Government-led integration model
• Experience developing and reviewing engineering change documentation and integration drawings
• Familiarity with system safety, failure analysis, and corrective action programs
• Experience supporting fielded systems and operational stakeholders
