About the Company

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership of all engineering and maintenance functions across the properties
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive maintenance programs
• Ensure seamless, proactive resolution of technical issues to prioritize guest comfort and safety
• Lead, mentor, and develop the engineering team
• Ensure full compliance with all statutory regulations, certifications, and internal standards
• Partner with Operations, Housekeeping, and Front Office teams to align maintenance priorities
• Monitor departmental performance through KPIs, maintenance reports, and cost controls
• Support sustainability initiatives by optimizing energy, water, and waste management

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or equivalent technical background
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Chief Engineer or in a similar senior technical role in 5-star hotels
• Strong knowledge of hotel systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building management systems
• Excellent command of the English language
• Proven leadership, team management, and project planning skills
