Chief Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical vision for next-generation radar products
• Lead the design, development, and sustainment of advanced radar systems integrating MESA technology
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary engineering teams to translate requirements into robust system architectures
• Guide concurrent development efforts and ensure seamless integration across hardware and software subsystems
• Identify, assess, and manage technical and programmatic risks through effective mitigation strategies
• Provide technical mentorship and foster a culture of innovation and accountability

Requirements

• MS Degree or higher in Engineering
• 7+ years of experience in electronic product engineering
• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams developing complex hybrid products (hardware and software)
• Expertise in system architecture definition and decomposition
• Experience with Design for Excellence (DFX) methodologies and continuous improvement
• Strong communication skills to align technical execution with strategic business goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing FMCW or Pulse-Doppler radar systems
• Experience with Inertial and/or GPS navigation systems
