About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain all onboard machinery and systems
- Manage refueling and fuel transfer operations
- Complete necessary repairs in a timely manner
- Log and record all repairs and maintenance
- Track orders for parts and supplies
Requirements
- USCG Licensing: DDE 4,000 or greater
- Shipyard competency certification
- Extensive hydraulic experience
- Ammonia refrigeration system experience
- Experience maintaining shipboard machinery
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening (no THC)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
