Chief Engineer

Responsibilities

• Maintain all onboard machinery and systems
• Manage refueling and fuel transfer operations
• Complete necessary repairs in a timely manner
• Log and record all repairs and maintenance
• Track orders for parts and supplies

Requirements

• USCG Licensing: DDE 4,000 or greater
• Shipyard competency certification
• Extensive hydraulic experience
• Ammonia refrigeration system experience
• Experience maintaining shipboard machinery
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening (no THC)
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
